Q: I need a fast copier?

A: Do you do a large number of copies of a single originals (flyers) or 1 copy of a large number of separate originals (one or two but all day long). If you are doing a large number of copies (flyers) you will want a fast copier, if you are doing a lot of single copies you want to look for a fast first copy out.

Q: Can I run labels thru the copier?

A: Yes you can run labels thru a copier, they will need to be copy or laser labels (not ink jet). I would suggest against running labels thru a copier due to the damage it could cause.

Q: I get lines on my copies when I use the document feeder only

A: There is a small piece of glass next to the platen glass (large glass were you lay the original) clean the small glass with a clean rag use alcohol if necessary.

Q: The copier says to load paper in drawer but it is full.

A: There could be 2 simple issues #1 fan the paper and make sure there is no bent edges. 2nd read the entire message on the screen, it may ask for a size paper that is not installed.

Q: I cannot fax to another particular fax machine

A: All copiers with fax as well as fax machines have a hook mode, dial the same number while in the on hook mode (or call the fax number from a voice line to insure it is correct)

Q: the toner rubs off on my heavier paper

A: Set the multi bypass tray to a heaver media not plain setting, you may have to try a few different settings to get the correct setting.
